Seeking experienced construction management and engineering professionals to support planning, oversight, and technical coordination for complex facility projects. The work may include helping define approaches, staffing models, quality controls, and technical responses for a multi-discipline construction services portfolio.
What you'd do
- Lead construction management planning, field oversight approaches, and engineering coordination across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and related disciplines
- Develop concise technical inputs, staffing narratives, project examples, and capability materials for facility engineering and construction support
- Support schedule, cost, quality, risk, and change-management processes for capital improvement or renovation projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, construction managers, cost estimators, schedulers, and safety professionals
- Review technical questions, organize SME responses, and identify gaps in team qualifications or past performance
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in construction management, engineering services, capital projects, or facility modernization
- Background supporting public-sector, institutional, diplomatic, secure, or mission-critical facilities preferred
- Strong understanding of design review, construction administration, quality assurance, cost/schedule controls, and project documentation
- Ability to translate technical experience into clear capability statements, project summaries, and questionnaire responses
- Professional registration, CCM, PMP, PE, RA, or similar credential preferred but not required
