How we use it

To operate the Collective — matching, teaming, compliance, contracting, invoicing, and communications directly related to your engagement with E29.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information with (a) E29 staff administering your engagement, (b) government or prime contract counterparties when required by an opportunity you are matched to, and (c) service providers under confidentiality (cloud hosting, e-signature, email delivery).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is enforced by row-level security, role-based permissions, and immutable audit logs.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@e29ce.com. Certain records (e.g. signed contracts, tax filings) are retained as required by law.
