Access to the Collective is invitation-only. You may not share credentials or attempt to access accounts you have not been authorized to use.
Do not misuse the portal: no unlawful conduct, unauthorized data extraction, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass access controls. Uploaded content must be yours to share and free of malicious code.
Opportunity data, pricing, teaming information, and consultant profiles are confidential to E29 and its authorized users. Treat them accordingly.
Nothing in the portal creates an employment relationship. Task Authorizations issued through the portal govern the specific scope, rate, and term of each engagement.
The portal is provided "as is." E29 disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
E29 may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or for security reasons.
